I enjoyed the class and the environment. The instructor, Charity, was energetic and demonstrated every pose. Now the reason that I gave 3 — stars is due to, two factors. The studio was small it was a bit crowded with 6 yogi’s and 1 instructor. Now I’m not sure if there were other studios but the one we practiced in was tiny and you have to rsvp, I would think there would be a handle on the space and allow no more than 4, maybe, to give room for everyone to do poses comfortably. Moving on, our class was scheduled for 7pm, we were about 15 minutes late, tisk tisk I know, drove around looking for parking for about 5 minutes, free after 6pm, and looking for the studio for about 10 minutes, poor pre planning on our part, but beneath us was a bar/restaurant with very loud music and if you’re familiar with the area you know that the walls are paper thin. I’ve been practicing different forms of yoga for about 2 years now so I could easily drown the vibrations, chatter and constant foot traffic out. At some points in the practice I found myself trying to make out the conversations going on below us, lol! Now I most certainly have to give this place another chance in the morning hours to see if it makes a difference in parking or the noise level. I will definitely go back and give feedback based on my, hopefully more serene, experience.

What a beautiful, supportive place to practice yoga and dance. I always look forward to class and leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Charity is a wonderful, relaxed spirit and a great yoga teacher. She brings blueberry tea before class, and starts/ends class with a meditation. Class size is limited to 4, so it’s been a great learning opportunity for me. I definitely recommend giving aerial art a try! Bring an open mind and a smile.
