My areas of expertise are neck, jack and upper back pain. Therapeutic in nature, the techniques I employ are designed to evaluate and then specifically treat the affected structures and soft tissue. My skills were gained through experience while working at a physical therapy clinic and through continuing education in treatment of cervical pain.

Although I am fully trained in full body massage, another area of emphasis in my practice is the treatment and management of plantar fasciitis. This painful condition of the foot can often be alleviated by regular massage.

I am fascinated by and use essential oils for therapeutic and aromatherapy purposes daily in my practice. I mix most of my own oil. The oil blends that I purchase are organic and pure. Some of the oils I use most frequently are arnica, rosemary, ginger, peppermint, cinnamon and clary sage.
