Anderegg & Associates is a well respected and reputable law firm concentrating its practice in the areas of criminal and traffic defense. The firm is located in Milwaukee and has been serving clients statewide for twenty years. Our attorneys have a combined 30 years of experience successfully litigating cases and defending our clients. We have practiced, and continue to practice, in every county of the State of Wisconsin. We also have attorneys admitted to practice in both the Eastern and Western Federal district courts, the Seventh Circuit Federal Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

History

Established in 2000.

While we have long been acclaimed for our work on defending drunk-​driving offenses of all types, we have also developed a strong reputation in the defense of all misdemeanor and felony charges. Our attorneys are active in State Bar organizations, and have published articles in the Wisconsin Lawyer magazine, and put on continuing legal education seminars for other attorneys.

Anderegg & Associates has also been at the forefront in developing the law in Wisconsin. Attorney Rex Anderegg has handled nearly 200 appeals and his work has resulted in numerous rulings which constitute binding precedent in Wisconsin. In just the past seven years, he has appeared before the Wisconsin Supreme Court on seven different cases. He has also appeared before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago.
