I backed my wifes RX 300. lexus into our garage. heard a crash and now a broken lens matched the other one that some one else must have broke. orderd 2 on computer. took it into burleigh brake and they did the labor and did not complain that I ordered my own.
parts. charge less then $ 50. total cost with my parts less then $ 150. anouther local garage told my wife cost might be as much $ 400 iam sure they were planning on new parts from lexus so there est was fair.
I am very happy and will go back with her next boo boo. we were looking for a local repair service and found one

I’m new to the area, saw this provider was close to my house and had some good reviews. I stopped by to see how things worked, I learned that Burleigh Brake & Alignment required advance appointments for work to be done so I made an appointment to have them take off my summer tires and mount and balance my winter tires. My appointment was set for 10am, I showed up 5 minutes early. I was told (without any form of an apology) that they were behind because the other person he works with did not show up for work yesterday or today. I was told if I came back at 12pm (2 hours later) that he would have me in and out. I showed up at 12:00pm, tossed him my keys and took a seat in the waiting area. I was told at 2:45pm (almost 3 hours later) that he was finished and was charged $ 154 ($ 140 for labor, $ 4.95 for parts and $ 8.12 of tax). I have had my tires changed from Summer to Winter before and have never paid this much for this type of service. Needless to say when one is required to make an appointment it is assumed that service will be performed at the time the appointment is made or else it is assumed that a phone call would be made to let us know that they are behind and to please come later or re-​schedule. At the very least when the customer shows up for a scheduled appointment and you are behind and cannot honor the appointment made far in advance that some form of apology would be made and empathy shown. None was given or shown. The guy was nice enough, he seemed capable and knowledgeable. I got the job done but it took most of the day and cost $ 154. My suggestion is if you plan to have service done at Burleigh Brake & Alignment that you make an appointment and then call to confirm they are ready for you before you head on over. Might be a good idea to get an estimate too? Needless to say I did none of these things and paid the cost in wasted time and money.

I drove to MKE for a wedding from Minnesota this morning and had trouble with my brakes. Being from out of town, I found positive reviews for Burleigh Brakes. As other reviewers have commented, Eric was ultra helpful and able to squeeze me in on a Friday afternoon. I wish I lived closer to this place! Excellent customer service and reasonable prices.

A friend recommended Burleigh Brake & Alignment to me after I had been given an outrageous assessment from another mechanic in the area when I needed my belts replaced. I didn’t tell the staff at Burleigh that my car had been looked at previously and they still came back to me with an estimate that was almost $ 400 less than the previous one. My car was ready the next day and I couldn’t be happier. I received a card in the mail with a coupon for my next visit– good customer service! Worth the drive if you aren’t nearby.

I live nearby. The first time I went to Burleigh Brakes I had a problem changing a bulb in my taillight. Eric fixed it and declined payment (I gave a ten spot anyways). I’ had them check out my Forester before I bought it and today I’m heading over for a flat tire and oil change. The only criticism I can think of, is they need better magazines in the waiting room. I read all the wild sheep hunting mags.(;-D)

Can’t say enough good things about this place.
I had purchased the girl a new (to us) car a few months back and when it was time for it to pass emissions it was having some problems with the fuel system.
The place I normally take my cars to on the South Side had told me they would basically need to replace the entire fuel system in lieu of diagnosing the problem, costing me upwards of five hundred dollars.
I took my car to Burleigh Brake on the recommendation of the company I bought the car from and was told that the diagnosis would cost about a hundred dollars. They called me a few hours later after getting my okay and told me that the total, for the fix AND the diagnosis would be $ 150. I had them do it, the car passed emissions the next day and I haven’t had the slightest problem with it since.
They were even nice enough to send me a card a few days later thanking me for my business.
Could not recommend them more for anything you need done. Honest, quick, and cheap.

Eric and the staff at Burleigh Brake and Alignment are the nicest in the business. Just because I am a woman, they don’t treat me like an idiot. They explain the issue and give me options for how to fix it depending on how much I can spend at the moment.
They fix much more than their name suggests. I drive past 3 other shops to get to them even though I may have to walk home (though they have been known to come pick me up in bad weather…)
Try them out. I promise you will be pleasantly surprised.
