Inconsistent service. We had a weather related issue with our network two weeks ago. They took their time getting back to us and then told us it was an issue with our internet provider, which didn’t seem right since my computer had no issue with the internet connection, and another did. They kept saying they would come out to check it out and fix it, but would not show until a day or two later. It took us two weeks to get the issue resolved — mostly for the delay in coming to actually diagnose the problem. I am frustrated for the length of service, as well as the lack of communication and follow through. I’m not sure if they have over-​expanded their business, but our latest experience has not been very professional.
