History

Established in 2015.

What started as a garage brand, quickly turned into an internationally recognized online fitness brand, with customers in over 60 countries. We provide industry leading workout guides, sports nutrition supplements, and host online resources for all things fitness. Crush Milwaukee is our first fitness center, with plans to expand rapidly in the GMO. It is the mission of Crush Fitness to make the world a healthier place.

Business Owner

Ben is the owner and founder of Crush Fitness. Born and raised next door in Pewaukee Wisconsin, his passion for athletics drove his early desire to become an internationally published fitness cover model and author, celebrity trainer, TV personality, and major retail spokesmodel. Finding success in a competitive industry by taking the path less traveled, it is his mission to continue pushing forward, inspire others along the way, and make the world a healthier place.

Crush Fitness Center is hands down the best in Milwaukee. I was able to meet the owner, Ben, who was super fun and energetic and the trainer, Spenser, was really nice as well. The two of them made me feel welcome there nor did I feel pressured into anything by them.
It was a refreshing environment to walk into, not only the people that work there but also the space itself. The gym has a private feel to it being smaller scale and offering limited memberships. After holding many memberships at large scale commercial gyms in the past where it’s always crowded with a bunch of guys throwing weights around, I’m happy to have come across Crush. It has everything I need to get a solid workout in without the hassle of being crowded or intimidated by others.
Crush is a hidden gem that I definitely will be telling everyone about, I highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a higher scale gym or personal training!
