I really enjoyed my experience at Edible Arrangements downtown. The customer service was immaculate. Each time I have stopped into Edible Arrangements the fruit is always very fresh and neatly packaged! Everyone is friendly and I was greeted as I walked through the door.
I also had a great experience with ordering an arrangement as a gift, through the delivery service. I was impressed with how prompt the service was. This is the perfect gift for a friend, family member or even a co-​worker. The chocolate strawberries are the best! Yum!

This place is nothing short of amazing! The customer service is impeccable. The store is clean and fresh. The treats and smoothies are pure perfection! I frequent here often and I’m never disappointed. I’ve ordered several arrangements for friends and family members. They have all absolutely loved their unique and customized arrangements! What great gift ideas!!!

I first came across this location when I stopped into their store. Their smoothies are amazing! The customer service was spot on. While we waited for our drinks, we were offered chocolate covered strawberries. Everyone was so extremely nice. Today I called in an order and the lady that answered the phone was so helpful and informative. They guaranteed my arrangement would be delivered before a certain time and it was. When my friend received her arrangement, she only had nice things to say about how friendly and nice the delivery guy was. Thanks Edible Arrangements of Downtown Milwaukee! I will only order from you!

My husband ordered chocolate covered strawberries for me for Valentine’s. I got home from work and he asked if I had gotten anything delivered. He wasn’t very happy when I told him no. Turns out the truck with my delivery in it was towed. They never called him to tell him what happened. I didn’t get the order until Wednesday 2÷19÷14 after my husband called to find out where it was. Then when I bring it home he tells me that’s not what he ordered. It was supposed to have a teddy bear too. I emailed the company about it and they called him back stating that he was wrong that wasn’t what he ordered. He said they were nothing but rude. After all this they said he could get the teddy bear if he came down to the store and got it. We will definitely not be ordering from here again.
