My First Peekaboo Ultrasound

I am so glad that my friend recommended me to come here! I had the best experience, it was such a wonderful time bonding with my family and seeing my little angel so clearly and seeing her facial features! If you are thinking about coming here I highly recommend it! Very pleased.

I’m so glad that this was recommended to us. We had an excellent experience with the nurse and the service provided. It was amazing to see our beautiful son sucking on his foot and he even waved. we think.
We had a comfortable exam area and big screen and multiple monitors in the room as well.
Our friends and family (even in Mexico!) were amazed and happy to be able to watch the ultra sound streamed live on the Internet!!! It was a closed feed and just showed the baby, don’t get any ideas.
To clarify I went to the location in Ventura, Ca. but they did not have a Unilocal yet.

I was lucky enough to go with my sister for her ultrasound here and I was really impressed. First, they are very clear that it’s not a medical procedure & doesn’t replace prenatal care. They actually require you to bring in proof that you’ve seen a doctor, which I think is great.
Because I don’t have kids, I had no idea what to expect but the facility is really nice. The exam room is HUGE, with an enormous projection screen so everyone can see what’s happening. They encourage patients to bring family with & they go out of their way to make everyone comfortable — there’s a big leather couch in the exam room and the exam table looks more like a regular bed.
The tech my sister worked with was great too — she took her time getting various angles and was able to tell her for sure what she was going to be having. They give you a ton of pictures and you can record the whole thing if you want to. Because it’s located in a non-​descript bank building off Hwy 100 I was worried it was going to be a little shady but it wasn’t at all — it’s clean, professional and the person we worked with was wonderful. Overall, a great experience.

Well, I’m a mama to be for the first time and have been going a little crazy wondering if the little person inside is a boy or a girl. I was at my regular physicians office last week and the ultrasound tech said she thought we were having a girl. THOUGHT? I can’t go 6 more weeks thinking I’m having a girl only to be suddenly surprised and told there has been a wiener in me this whole time. That’s when I decided I needed to head to My First Peekaboo and find out for sure what this kid was.
If you are pregnant, put that tub of ice cream down and make an appointment here! I know that ice cream tastes so good, but you will be over the moon happy after your appointment. My initial phone call to get information was really informative and made me feel much more comfortable about coming here. I had in the back of my head that this place might be kind of shady or not give us the best information but I was proven wrong over and over again through out my visit.
The thing I love about My First Peekaboo is that you can bring your whole family. It was nice that my step kids were able to be a part of seeing the baby. They are 14 so do they really care, probably not but having the option to see the baby as a family is awesome! The ultrasound room is very large and comfortable for mom which is most important. You have the option to stream the half an hour ultrasound session as well as get a copy of the session on DVD. Listen to me, you are going to think to yourself that you don’t need those and it’s a waste of money. It’s not!!! I fully regret my choice to not take advantage of them. Looking back it would have been awesome to go back and see the ultrasound since you’re a little in shock when you are there.
Our ultrasound tech Anna was FABULOUS! She was so sweet and took a lot of time to explain things to us that my doctor never did. Like the fact that my baby was snuggling it’s placenta because the placenta is warm and has a heartbeat– ummm hello that’s the cutest thing in the whole world! My child was in the most strange position and basically looked like it had spent the night drinking and passed out over the toilet. I found my little person’s Irish yoga position hilarious and Anna took notice of this, captured it and gave me several copies. She also took a lot of time trying to get my stubborn child to move so we could see its face which at your regular doctor they aren’t going to do. Overall, she made the experience so special for my family and I and I want to go back there today and give her a long uncomfortable hug for giving us something we might not have otherwise gotten.
Anna was able to tell us the gender of our baby and she didn’t just tell us, she explained to us in detail what she was looking at. She reassured me several times that if she didn’t feel she could tell us the gender with certainty, she wouldn’t and I could come back at no charge. That really meant a lot to me, that she wasn’t just guessing but knew for sure exactly what we were having. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my appointment and experience here and would recommend My First Peek A Boo every pregnant woman!

We were beyond impressed with the services at My First Peekaboo. We went for our gender determination ultrasound and back around 30 weeks for our 3d/​4d. We never felt rushed & the ultrasound tech always explained everything we were looking at. We always received an abundance of pictures and you have the option to stream your session live if you have family out of state who want to watch (we did and they loved it!). Family owned business and you can tell they really care and LOVE what they do! Highly recommend and we will be back with our next baby :) don’t look elsewhere this is the best in Milwaukee!

I really can’t say enough great things about the experience my family and I had here. Jeremy and Anna were so caring and talented they also made the appointment exciting and extremely enjoyable! I came to them after having a not so great experience with another company nearby and they were gracious and understanding, listened to everything I was explaining and validated all of my concerns. They helped me share it with my husband who is deployed and doesn’t have access to the internet, they wanted to make sure we did everything we could to include him and share as much as possible. I was thanked for his service and was blown away by the care they took to assure this experience was amazing. They WANTED to help, it was a refreshing experience and the pictures were incredible clear and blew us away! I can’t say enough great things about My First Peekaboo, I have told all of my friends and will continue to recommend them!
