The service at this particular location is NO GOOD! They have had screwed up my order and when I called them to have them remove something from the bill because I never got it, the lady said they were too busy and she would void it out when she had a chance. I gave her my information but it never got fixed.
When I get delivery sometimes I open the door and say hello and she doesn’t answer me. Just stares at me. I literally had to ask «how much is it?» Just super awkward. But then when I go and get carry out, I can barely get someone to acknowledge that I’m there.
That all being said, papa johns has always been my favorite! And I’d hate to change just because the poor service at this one location. I can only hope they fix it! Still 3 stars for damn good piZza!

On par with any other Papa Johns location… When they get your order right. They often mess us orders and I’ve even had them forget about my order all together.
As far as the actual pizza goes, it’s still great. I love Papa Johns crust and the fact that they have a couple different dipping sauces. Buffalo chicken pizza is my favorite when it’s offered.
All good things considered, it’s just a little risky to order from them because of the issues I’ve had with messed up and forgotten orders.

This is the Papa Johns that moved from Brady. I now have to drive, which sucks for me. I’ve still gotten good service here, and they haven’t messed up an order yet. It’s always ready and always warm. Can’t complain. Tuesday $ 5 large deal is still good too! Get your grease on!
