Newer restaurant. Clean. Staff wasn’t very welcoming. No gluten-free pizza options and the salad bar had quite a bit of rusty lettuce.

I’m a Rocky’s fan and despite this location being close to my house, I never go because it’s just not easy to get to with the constant construction and need to do U-turns and deal with traffic. Went on a Sunday afternoon and the place was pretty empty. My food was fine, though my sausage slice had a whole three sausages on it. Ladies were friendly and food came up fast. Pretty much the definition of A-Ok.

I loved Rocky’s when I was a kid. I worked there as a teenager. And I confirm with Michelle A, they treat their employees with no respect. You have to fight for every penny raise that you deserve. I worked very hard and when I was ready to leave they begged me to stay but wouldn’t offer me much more than what I was at. I stayed in touch with a few people and I know nothing has changed, only gotten worse, especially when the owner handed over the company to his son. Now I have learned that they have fired the general manager of this location. She is the reason this location started doing well again when she started there. She gave them 17 years of her life and this is how they thank her! I am so very disappointed in Rocky Rococo. It makes me sad but I will never ever give them by business again.

Sadly although I enjoy Rockys pizza, it has come to my attention that they have very poor business practices and don’t treat their employees with any respect. I have to say I cannot in good faith give my business to a place that treats its employees badly. Rockys needs to look hard at how they run their business, before they lose not only good employees, but also loyal customers. Good-bye Rockys its been good knowing you and no I have never worked here just observations of things when I have been in the place.

Update overdue. Im still a fan of Rocky Rococo pizza. This locations pizza has become average perhaps a new pizza baker? The crust came out lightly browned not as crisp as I remember. My slice was plenty hot after a short wait 2 minutes. The sausages were very thin and placed too close to the edge. The pepperoni was thin and really didn’t have much flavor. Contrasted to the cheese. See picture. My guess the regular cook is gone attention to detail took a step back. Too bad. I ordered a super slice and a soda it was a little over $ 6.00. Restrooms very clean. Front door glass was spotless. Staff were friendly. Order was accurate. Food 4 Ambiance 5 Service 3 Location 317 miles away Value 3 watch for coupons. And save a few bucks.

We stopped in with a group of 4 boys after a Scout outing and it was a really nice experience. I’m not really a fan of Rocky pizza, too much dough for my liking but it did taste good. We ordered a meal deal that came with a large pizza, 4 sodas, 2 orders of bread sticks and a bag of M&Ms — all for $ 20. Looking over the menu it seems to be pretty reasonable with the exception of the salad bar, that was a bit pricey which is kind of sad because it wasn’t touched and therefore I would think it would be a lot of food waste. Don’t know what it’s like the rest of the time but we were there on a weekday at dinner time. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Restaurant was clean and comfy. Food was hot and timely. Taste is matter of preference and if you like a more doughy type pizza, this is your place. My review is mainly based upon the great service they gave us.

I’m a long time Rocky’s pizza fan — I enjoy the variety and taste of the doughy single portion options. But as I’m getting older and my metabolism has slowed, I’m happily ordering the salad bar more and more. I regularly visit all of the Milwaukee area Rocky’s and find the salad bars clean, fresh and with a nice variety. I like that they always have hard boiled eggs, broccoli, and pickle slices — just a few items that many salad bars don’t have. And for under $ 5, the single trip plate is all I need. For my «cheat days,» their super slice and bread stick combo always pleases :-)

When a pizzeria’s fame spreads halfway across the country and it becomes your«must see» destination on arrival in Milwaukee, you know they’ve got something going for it. Rocky Ricoco’s, like the Statue of Liberty in New York City, is the one place you have to experience in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Their pizza’s are big, rectangular, and loaded with zesty sauce, delicious cheese, and loads of awesome meats. Try«The Motherlode» for a 5-cheese, massive sausage fest of biblical proportions. The sausage is unbelieveably good, and obscenely plentiful. Each piece of sausage is a patty almost the size of your palm. Let me repeat: ALMOSTTHESIZEOFYOURPALM!” I also loved«The Works:» sausage and pepperoni loaded with veggies. «The Perfect» is also a nice option: onions, peppers, and mushrooms along with the giant sausage(see uploaded picture #2). I love this place and wish I didn’t have to travel 1500 miles to experience the Holy Grail of sausage pizzas. I hear they have one in Spokane, Washington of all places, so I’ll have to check that one out soon. They have many locations in Milwaukee, but this one is outstanding.

4 Solid Stars for Rocky Rococo’s. This particular Rocky’s happens to(literally) be a block away from my house. It’s very convenient to walk up and grab a slice. While not the healthiest food, the breadsticks are worth breaking your diet for. The staff is friendly, store is clean, and I’ve never had bad service or a bad experience here. Price wise, it’s pretty reasonable. It’ll do in a pinch.

This is a very good Rocky’s. The sausage is so good! This restaurant is located along a nice stretch of some great bars. Skip the bar food and stop into Rocky’s! Order a whole pie, if you have the time, for the true Rocky’s experience.

Mmmm I love Rocky’s pizza. The crust is especially good. It is yeasty, soft, and a little airy. I also like the big chuncks of sausage they put on it. It’s different from any Chicago deep dish pizza that I have had. The slice of the day offers a combination of different topings. The salad bar is good. The pizza and salad bar is the same at all locations.
