Very friendly parish — newcomers are definitely made to feel welcome. Good mass times too, Saturday at 4pm is always packed. A lot of the positive vibe comes from Fr. Peter who is sadly retiring soon. But, let’s hope the new pastor is as good! The congregation is a nice mix of older people and families. If you’re worried about scowly«church ladies» there really aren’t any here. St Bernard’s does some nice outreach programs, including a food pantry. Bonus — if you are hungry after Mass, Neimans and Yo Mama are literally across the street!
