They stood me up for scheduled appointment. I bought groupon and I don’t recommend this business to anyone since they don’t value their customers. In addition business was closed earlier than 3 hours of their usual advertised business hours, which i strange and not professional. i left a message, no return call yet.

Worst facial ever. No glow, no result at all and that to got some kind of spots all over my face after the facial. dont ever go there.

Loved it. Such a professional. In addition to the facial, she also gives feet, hands, neck, and scalp massage. Made me feel so special. The whole spa is so private too because she owns the whole place. Great accommodation. Highly recommend it. Street parking was easy and not metered.

I bought Groupon hoping to spend my birthday weekend pampered. I called to make an appt. for Dec 14, Miss D said she had no vacanies a she’d call me back because she had a client there. I said, «ok that’s fine I’ll try to look at your website in the meantime». I received a call several hours later, I was on the phone and Miss D chimed in on the other end. I answered really not prepared to talk because I sort of forgot because how long she took to call back.
Anyway, she was really kind of rushy and not very personable. I was asking what services she offered and she referred me to check the website. I was bothered by that and it was rude. Seems like since your calling a client you would pick a convienient enough time to answer any of their questions. I asked my husband what he would do and he said, «Don’t Go and write a comment about your experience!» So here I am. I hope she reads this and learns to have a more customer first saavy in the future.
