History

Established in 2007.

It started out as an idea for a pizza by the slice restaurant. Sean Henninger was asked to design the restaurant as well as the recipes. Sean was focused on developing his other business, The Atomic Chocolate Co. and saw an opportunity to combine two of his favorite things, chocolate and pizza. With a focus on fresh, natural ingredients, a plan was put in to place to serve the first true New York style pizza Milwaukee has had.

The chocolates are created and developed on sight, weather permitting.

We have become known for our Sea Salt Caramels. Available only mid September through mid May. The have become a surprise hit with Milwaukee.

Meet the Business Owner

Sean H.

Business Owner

Sean was an Army brat. His family toured and traveled Europe and the U.S. After spending many years in Germany, his family returned to the States. A little moving about later, he ended up in Milwaukee. Working in various restaurants, he taught himself chocolate making on the side. Then founded the Atomic Chocolate Co.

Years later incorporated it with Times Square Pizzeria.
