I received a call from the manager after reporting this experience. They were very apologetic and offered to make it right. They were able to get us in first thing in the morning as requested and offered a discount

Only rating it 1 star since 0 isnt an option. We used to love H & R Block. It never cost more than $ 100 to file our taxes through them and the women are so nice and helpful. This year they charged us $ 300 just for the earned income and dependent forms and Linda Armstrong was both rude and hateful towards us. She actually rolled her eyes at my husband. So if you do go to them please make sure you don’t get stuck with Linda. She will make sure to nickel and dime you. We won’t ever be going back to them. Ill go to Jackson Hewlett. They won’t charge us as much and will at least show us some respect!!!
