I asked for chocolate and glazed munchkins and they gave me everything else. They also can never get my coffe order right.

I ordered a very simple everything bagel with cream cheese, scooped out. They could not have been more stingy with the cream cheese, looked more like they placed the bagel over the cream cheese container and let the smell touch the bagel rather than smear anything on it.

Drive thru takes forever and never get orders right. Always an excuse when they screw up.

There’s a server«Scaram» or something like that, heavy set woman. With the worst attitude. The worse. She thinks she’s better then you or something. I wanted to throw my coffee in HER face she pissed me off so bad. Not courteous at all. First off she has a very heavy Indian accent but yet someone decides to put her on drive thru, taking orders. So I pull up to the drive thru speaker. Teller says«Yes what you want». I say large black iced coffee. Teller«o.k.pull up». I asked can I order more? Teller“yes o.k.”. So I asked for a coffee & she kept repeating the order back incorrectly. So after like 5 tries she tells me in the rudest way that she can’t understand me. So when I pull up to the window, this Dunkin animal teller is giving me the dirtiest look & I hear her telling the nice window girl in her native Indian language some vulgur words directed towards me. So when I got pissed off and asked her who is she calling a Baanchut, she smiles at me and asks«how you know what that means». I went off on her& told her, she should be fired. Someone with her negative attitude dealing with customers. Geez. Hey Dunkin Donuts if this is the kind people you guys hire, I’d rather take my hard earned money else where then be cursed out in front of my daughter in Indian. I paid for my stuff pulled up a few feet & threw everything in the garbage outta fear this animal did something to my food. I’ll never go there again.

The only DD I go to, mainly because they have a drive through. Their cheaper than the ones on Hillside and Herricks, and the staff is way friendlier.

I came in with my mother to pick an iced coffee and regular hot coffee, respectively. I usually come in through the drive thru but we went inside this time. My mom ordered a coffee that was too watery and complained about it, the manager, Mike, took her complaint seriously(something I usually don’t witness) and remade the coffee twice. He also noted that it came out too watery and apologized profusely and gave her a different order and called to get the machine looked at. 5 stars for amazing customer service from Mike. Seriously blown away by his kindness and attention to the issue. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever witnessed. Serious kudos to Mike. Definitely come to this DD simply for the awesome customer service from the manager!

So far my favorite drive thru DD for consistency and decent donuts at odd hours. I’ve been to the ones on old country road, Northern Blvd douglaston, bayside Northern Blvd and fresh meadows ones. All are worse in terms of service or consistency of coffee. Some have woken my kid or pushed more products or given me watered down or old coffee.

Nothing special about this DD, except for the fact they have a drive-thru. Employers seem more focused on catering to their drive-thru guests than in-store. There’s times I pass by during key coffee-drinking hours where the drive-thru line is causing traffic on Jericho and yet no one is in the store. Hmm.

I like this particular Dunkin Donuts in Mineola because the crew behind the counter seems to be a bit more attentive to their customers. It’s important to me to see a smiling face behind the counter and someone who initiates a «Hello» to me. Their donuts are always fresh and they keep a pretty robust selection on the shelf. Being open 24⁄7 definitely has something to do with it.

I’ve tried this dunkin’ donuts 3 times and every time is a different and bad result, they can’t seem to get the coffee situation right man. And the drive thru is awful, the last time I went, not only did the girl ringing up my order not know what I got, I had the lady making my coffee and bagel yelling from the back asking what I got too. I have resorted to making my coffee at home or going to starbucks.

While you may think it’s easier to go through the drive through, think again here. It’s always busy. You’re better off running in — no one’s in there so you’ll be served more quickly. The restroom is handicapped accessible, but not that clean. Be sure to lock it. I’ve seen people walk in on others and there’s usually a line. Of course, they carry all of your DD standards and are more than happy to make your order to your liking.

Donuts without leaving the car! I love /hate this location. They have a drive through that creates a big backup onto Jericho turnpike in the morning because, god forbid, people should get out of their cars and walk in. Isn’t it bad enough you are eating a donut? Can’t you at least get some exercise walking into the place? I parked and went in to pick up some fried fat pills for the office — they have a real good and efficient set of people in there and I was on my way out the door within like 2 minutes with donuts and my coffee. That was nice. Big parking lot that no one uses and a drive through for you lazy folks out there.
