Put in an email request for them to print invitations for me that I had already made. Received an email back that just stated: «We do not print on that paper.» Nothing about a different paper choice, nothing about accommodating me in any way, simply that they did not do what I requested. I understand that they were unable to do what I requested and don’t hold that against them. What I do mind is the completely unprofessional email correspondence. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
