Everything worked great until they printed a poor quality flyer. I brought it to there attention & this is what she said.
*The bottom line is this. If you give a previously printed job to work from the results cannot be guaranteed. I am not going to reprint a job from a scan. You should be sending me the original file so that you can
achieve the best results. I am not refunding any money because the
job was printed from a scan and regardless how it looks on your monitor the printed product is the actual result of the scan.
I don’t understand why you do not have original native files to print from. The only way to uphold your high standards is to provide high quality original files not a previously printed flyer.

That should sum it all up. Like I said poor customer service. Find another company for your printing needs. The Print Café is lacking in what we call «customer service».
