I called to get a part for a lawn mower that we were fixing.
I had the wrong part number and it didn’t show up in their computer, but the gentleman that I spoke with was so nice and he even called Tecumseh and got the correct information for me. My husband went by on his way home from work & picked it up. He said Wow, he was really a nice guy & we chatted about our experiences.
It is so rare that people take the time to write good reviews, but these guys deserve recognition! I called a few places & they were also the cheapest.
The mower is running like a champ! Thanks for your kindness!
