Incompetent nurse practitioner made me get two separate tests for the same virus without mentioning extra cost. Avoid these swindlers — I only went there because I needed an appointment in a hurry, and it’s clear why they have times available when everyone else is booked up.

I moved to the area last year and have been putting off an appointment. I scheduled my yearly exam for the afternoon and was afraid it was going to be busy. To my dismay it was quiet and I was seen ahead of my scheduled time. The staff were friendly and helpful. I look forward to returning next year.

Dr. Suurmeyer is amazing. He actually takes the time to go through your symptoms and its causes and develops a treatment plan. I have been seeing him for over 2 years and he is the best Dr. I have been to.

This place is inconsistent at best, except it is consistently behind schedule. Be prepared to wait 20 – 60 minutes past your appointment time to see the doctor. The doctors are hit or miss, but generally okay. It’s really the only option downtown and I would never go here if I had other options. Feels like a medical mill not a care center.

Increadibly long waiting periods and always behind schedule. Very mechanical and no beside manner. Find another clinic if you can. Convenience of being downtown is not worth it.

I went in because I was referred by another doctor for a possible kidney infection. Dr. Suurmeyer was by far the worst doctor I have ever seen. He ignored the obvious pain I was in, ignored my symptoms, and gave me absolutely no care instructions or medication. I had to beg him to do another urine test because he obviously didn’t believe the results of the first one. Then I was sent to the lab and sent home with absolutely no help with my painful condition.
The only things he gave me were some informational sheets on the possibility of soap or other irritants being the cause.
I am still in severe pain, with nausea and a fever.

The variety of specialist work close together to find the best possible treatment for your ailment. Appointment were easy to make and convenient to your schedule. Dr. Suurmeyer is a newly appointed physician and he seems to sincerely care about his patients.

After putting off my routine, full-​meal-​deal physical for nearly two years, I decided that it was time to find a local physician. I have crazy anxiety when it comes to needles and other more «uncomfortable» procedures. I was assigned to Cornelia Massie and have to save thank you to the Higher Power for aligning me with a WONDERFUL physician.
Her bedside manner is excellent and she took the time to explain to me what as well as why I might be experiencing. I was really late to our appointment but because I was so anxious and wanted to get it over with, she stayed through her break to take care of me in one visit.
As an added bonus, the clinic is in Downtown Minne on the skyway system and they accept most major insurances. The lab is in the clinic so you don’t have to leave to get everything you need done taken care of in one go.
If you are new to Minneapolis and looking for a new female physician for your health needs, give Dr. Massie a try!

I chose this clinic because it’s skyway connected from work, so I can do an appointment on an early weekday. The clinic is what you’d expect from a chain medical provider: they’re efficient, large, and sterile. Oh, wait, every medical clinic is supposed to be sterile. Anyways, the waiting room is huge, and the nurses are very nice. I am exasperated by the fact that you wait 15 minutes to see the doctor, who then only goes in to talk with you for 5 minutes. It was a general check-​up, so I wasn’t expecting a pep talk or anything, but with that said then I would expect a little less waiting time, too. Anyway, it’s a good place place to find your general physician, and if you’re working downtown, a great location for a quick check-​up.
