Started with the idea that going back to natures healing is the best alternative healing and preventive resource we have in todays society.
Shontel Isham/owner with a work history in nursing and social service, i needed a friesh start and more independence. Healing the body came natural and with MSMB’ education. I opened my office on Lyndale 5 years ago and have included wonderful educated therapist helping in our devotion to balancing and living a healthy lifestyle within our community and cliental. Joining forces with local health fairs and silent auctions. Educational tables and vending at local events, sharing the healthy ideas and preventive techniques for a safe active lifestyle.

I have a had aGreat experience with fantastic friendships built and life experience that i would not change for a single thing as ive owned and built this business… All i have done previous has lead me to running my own business and truly caring for the cliental and assuring a positive connection and reliablity to best serve thier personal needs. Studying and Adding new techniques and modalities to encourage proper treatments with age, trends, strains, sprains, wisdom, freedom of expression~ I love discovering the latest Treatments that are designated for each individuals personal ailments and injuries as we listen/one of our specialties that we are proud of. i Love myself, the therapists and our clients. Building a business with trust and respect was an easy task for therapist and clients.
