Don’t choose this place for dental. They will give you the run around with appointments. You will end up having to reschedule after you made your appointment 3 months in advance and you will have to make separate appointments for all of your kids for subpar service. Very disappointed in this place.

At every appointment they say ‘we still haven’t seen one of those electric air floss machines that you can use at home’. Yesterday they added ‘your air floss is more high tech than any treatment we do in clinic. if you keep using your electric tooth brush and air floss at home, we probably don’t need to do a cleaning today’

Since they don’t have their own Unilocal account. For which I would take off 1 star because that is just poor marketing skills on the corporate side.
When you walk into this place it doesn’t look like a dentist office. Its a bit cold, big building and the receptionist is there right when you walk in with one phone. She says have a seat. There a TV with just pictures of people enjoying themselves… leaves, water flowing. Try to make the dentist a «happy» place.
This place is very very strict about dental insurance. They check all their patients plans right from the beginning. I understand they are trying to make sure they don’t have any unpaid claims. The dental hygienists know this and therefore inform you that they can’t see you unless they make sure you insurance in all set. I appreciate it, no one wants to get a bill for a $ 1000 root canal.
Please be aware that this place is on a tight schedule. This is definitely not you home town dental office. The is a DENTAL CORPORATION and definitely runs like one. From how they shape their dental rooms, to the full glass walled insurance and managerial offices. It definitely does not give off a home-​y vibe. You have only 15min for your first appointment. Just so they can see whats wrong and schedule you another appointment to actually do the work that needs to be done. And when I say 15min… you get 15min. In and out, next… I get it. The more patients you get in the more claims you process the more money you make… and shorter wait times for more customers to be seen.
As for the actual professionalism of the hygienist and the dentist, I have no complaints. Not the warmest welcome as I said before, but they get the job done and that’s all I care about. They tell you what you need to you, give you all the info regarding your dental insurance and schedule you another appointment to have your actually procedure.
All in all, I plan on making this place my permanent dental clinic. They have state of the art equipment, like a radiograph that takes panoramic view of your whole mouth. Small dental offices don’t off this type of machinery.
It took me 1 month to get an appointment but I believe that is pretty standard with more dental offices.
All in all, if you want a cozy, home-​y dental office with only one dentist and 1 hygienist this place is not for you. This place has a very sterile hospital feelings to it, cold as I said previously. But if you just need to get your teeth fixed, cleaned … then I’d say make an appointment. This place is very professional, but definitely missing a personal touch.
