Dr Cline is an older guy that seriously does not listen at all. I went in for an FAA evalualtion, after the evaluation I paid and left, 2 weeks later I get a copy of the report and WOW! It was riddled with errors, some that may even not allow me to fly, he seems to be listening during his sessions, however I really don’t think he is with how inaccurate his report is. When you have to spend $ 1500CASH(No insurance or credit card, sketchy!) you’d think he would be able to listen to you but instead he says that he thinks you should be re-evaulauted(Of course he would thats another $ 1500 dollars for him why not!) He secretary’s desk is the most unorganized thing i have ever seen its no wonder why she forgets to return my phone calls. Thats another thing, I was told to arrive early to fill out forms and make my payment, so I showed up 2o minuted before my 10:00AM appointment and no one was there, I thought I was in the wrong place, turns out I wasn’t. Well 10:00 came rolling around and still no one was there and I just kept waiting finally at around 10:30 Dr Cline comes out and invites me back into his office, no apology for the wait or lack of secretary or anything! Then when my appointment was finished I came out and THEN the secretary was there to inform me that I forgot to fill out these forms(The ones I was told to arrive early to fill out). Are you serious! You’re going to be rude to me because I didn’t fill out the form YOU were supposed to give me??? Come on this os ridiculous and the Dr is just a money hungry guy that wants to revaluate you just for more money!

I saw Dr. Cline when I started my first year of law school. I was having a hard time adapting to the immense workload, having moved across the country, and a host of other stressful situations that were all weighing down on me at one time. I’ll start with the positive things about my visits to this office, since there are so few. He met with me quickly, fitting me into his schedule during his off hours when he could. That’s where it ends and even then it’s not so positive. Sure, he fit me in and then would show up late. Somewhere between 10 – 15 minutes was a customary wait for me. On top of that, he would end my sessions early! My last session with him I arrived just before my appointment time, which was 4:00PM. He finally came into the office at 4:10. Around 4:45 he was telling me time was up. A 30 minute appointment? For $ 200? I was very disappointed with my sessions. I didn’t feel as though my problems were really cared about, he would just sit there and occasionally prompt me to keep talking when I would pause to hear his opinion. I can’t remember any advice I received from him. Just medication, he would just up my dose instead of taking the time to help me come to grips with what was going on. Thank goodness I have awesome friends and family who supported me and helped me through this madness because Dr. Cline sure wasn’t. The straw that broke the camels back for me occured yesterday. Over the weekend I had received an email from my school that there would be an important meeting after my last class, and unfortunately during my appointment. So I called as soon as I knew, and left him a voicemail to inform him(Well before the 24 hour notice btw, around 10 or 11AM the morning before a 3:15PM appointment). The day of my appointment, 30 minutes after it was originally scheduled to start, his secretary calls me and tells me I’m late. I was in the meeting so I couldn’t answer. When I did call back, not long after, it went to voicemail. Magically this message she recevied and called me back saying how she had been sick and missed my first message but since I didn’t call until 10PM I had to pay for my session still. Which was a lie, I had called him the morning before. In summary: He’s late for appointments, doesn’t offer advice, ends early, will just keep prescribing things instead of helping, and netiher he nor his secretary check their voicemails regularly. The last one I think is particularly bad in a doctors office. I almost forgot, in addition to the voicemail comment. When I first began my medication I was suffering bad side effects. I was shaking constantly for example, and I called to ask him if this was normal. Left him a voicemail. He never called me back.
