Worst customer service ever! When you pay this much for a product you expect sales people to be professional. I’ve dealt with 5 different staff over the course of 3 visits to the store, trying to do a return. I was told I could only get cash back for a cash purchase by having the company send me a check in 10 –14 days. I presented them first with a gift receipt, followed by the original cash receipt. Four of the staff were extremely rude, including the manager. I doubt they would let a customer purchase a purse and say, «I’ll mail you a check for it in 10 – 14 days». They told my daughters, who pooled their money to buy me the purse for Christmas, «don’t worry, if it’s not her style she can easily get the money back». Not true!

This location is so-so. They do have a men’s section, which is rare when it comes to coach stores. The employees are hit and miss; I have had amazing service and I’ve had horrible service. Tonight, I went in because I saw a bag through the window and needed to touch it. The employee didn’t seem to care much, he was more interested in giving attitude than anything else. Instead of purchasing the bag like I had planned, I left and ordered it offline. This store is convenient and I will coming back because of that, I just wish their customer service was more consistent.

The title of this business page is weird… But anyway. I have been a fan of Coach designs ever since they stopped using those nasty mini squished Cs all over their purses(at least now they’re big enough so your eyes don’t cross when you look at a bag covered in them). Which is a few years, as far as I know. Lately, I’ve been losing faith in the brand because the leather coloring started to wear off the pressure points of a super cute bag I got for Christmas 2011. How long did it take for the color to start wearing off? About 3 weeks… of light usage. Like SONOT cool! So right now, the brand gets 2.5 stars from me. But this store is doing the brand justice. Not only did they give me advice to use leather moisturizer on my bag(which actually, and so unfortunately, didn’t work) but the manager gave me a 40% off coupon to use whenever I choose. That’s real customer service. I’m not sure how happy Coach HQs would be if they found out, but they should give her a gold star(or 100) for that. It kept me happy. The only complaint I have about this store is that it seems a little quiet and awkward at times, but then again I know it’s probably difficult to make a store like that have an amazing atmosphere because most people are in to look at the pretty stuff anyway. I should know, I work retail. The ladies are nice when you talk to them :) So props to this store.
