I love this place!
I still can’t decide if it’s good or bad that it’s right in front of my office building. Ok, who am I kidding? It’s great!
The people who work here are so nice. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy and bring more smiling faces.
I really like the chocolately flavors. My favorite so far is/​was the Buddha Belly. It was one of the limited edition flavors from when they were on Cupcake Wars. Spicy chocolate cake with chocolate mousse frosting dipped in chocolate ganache. HELLO!
Just don’t tell me the calorie content.

My cupcake was dry. The frosting was just ok to me, nothing stand out. I like the cake at Sams Club better (and im not a Sams Club fan). My friend thought hers was dry as well. Maybe it was because it was the end of the lunch hour, I guess we will never know!

I became an instant office heroine when I brought these sweet cupcakes into work today. I had been eyeing down the orange truck for quite some time now and I just didn’t have enough will poswer to resist! I surrendered and losing never tasted this good before!
I got the chai caramel, and the lucky ladies at work got to try lemon-​rasberry, red velvet and razmatazz (rasberry&choc). Everyone raved about them and you should be, too!
Oh, they accept credit cards (visa, amex, mastercard) with their sweet iphone app thingy. No need to ATM FTW!

Cupcake on the Go, you are not making swimsuit season easy! Seriously… the mocha cupcake is ridiculous. Perfectly balanced coffee and chocolate flavors, perfectly moist, perfect buttercream. Flavors rotate, so this one is not always there. I have not been disappointed in the others I have tried, but this one is the one I can’t resist when I see it’s happy little picture on the side of the van. Big kudos for having gluten-​free options each day too.

Oh my goodness, delicious!
I was so excited to find the Cupcake Truck on 11th and Nicollet in Downtown Minneapolis. They have many flavors, Pistachio, Red Velvet, Mint, Chocolate, etc.
I was delighted to get the Gluten Free Peanut Butter Chocolate. It was moist and delicious, unlike many Gluten Free baked goods, and the peanut butter icing was soooo flavorful.
Cupcakes were $ 2.50 a piece.
