Welcome to Dr. Lareau DDS, a dental practice specializing in Periodontics, where we concentrate in helping patients understand the nature and extent of their dental concerns and offer treatment options for patients who are experiencing any level of dental issues and concerns resulting from dental trauma, dental defects, or periodontal disease. Our goal is to optimize good oral health, function, and esthetics for our patients.

Dr. Lareau is an experienced Periodontist who has extensive expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of various conditions that affect oral health, as well as in treatments to restore healthy supporting gum tissue, bone, and lost teeth — placing emphasis on highly cosmetic results.

Dr. Lareau and our skilled and compassionate team are committed to achieving excellence in all aspects of your care; we will work closely with your general dentists to meet your dental needs, goals, and help you to achieve optimum results.

Dr. Lareau enjoys teaching part-​time in the University of MN graduate periodontal clinic, as well as periodically lecturing to the graduate students in other dental specialty programs.

Dr. Lareau is passionate about his profession, is committed to lifelong learning, and participates in numerous advanced professional development courses. He is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, the American Dental Association, the Minnesota Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Minnesota Dental Association. Dr Lareau is also a member of a Seattle Study Club, and leads a Spear Study Club, both of which are dedicated to the development of higher levels of clinical, diagnostic, and treatment planning knowledge and skills.
