I’ve been a patient of Dr. Clausen for mmmmm, probably almost 20 years! They really take care of me, and have the best staff period! I always get a reminder call for my check-​ups. I always get in short-​notice if I have an issue. I always get an awesome cleaning from Linda, who is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had (and I’m almost 50 so I’ve experienced some bad hygienists!). Great clinic, great people, great for downtowners!

I have to completely disagree with the previous review, my husband and I have been patients here for a number of years, we are very satified. This is a small dental office, one dentist, one hygenist and one dental assistant, they are not one of the big commercial dental clinics, that is why you often get the answering machine.
This group does excellent work and they are extremely ethical. We’ve had other dentists give us the run around, trying to scam us by suggesting treatments that are not needed. Dr. Claussen does top notch work, I never feel any pain, and he is a kind and professional. His assistant Sherri is great. We actually started going to this clinc because Linda, the hygenist, is the best we’ve ever met. She provides a very thorough cleaning and exam and is the most friendly person you could ever meet. I would highly recommend this practice, have actually sent freinds here and they love it.

Bought a Groupon, called the same day to make an appointment, specifically said «I would like to be seen on this date» to expedite the process.
At the time very few Vouchers had been bought so I knew I was one of the first people to call.
Anyway, nobody called back. I called again after a couple days, nobody called me back until a week later, and of course, they only said «please give me a call back» with no mention of my attempt to schedule a specific day. How unprofessional! So far I am not at all impressed with this place. Oh and for a cleaning, you have to book two separate hours, one for exam and x-​rays, one for cleaning. Of course cleanings are only available Mondays and Tuesdays like 8−3pm. Incredibly inconvenient.
