Absolutely horrible. I have used USA Inflatables for years. I decided to save $ 25 and go with a cheaper company. The castle was delivered and when inflated, had an inch of dead leaves on the floor. My wife asked TJ (the set up guy) if he was going to clean it out. He said he didn’t have anything to do it. My wife gave him our blower and had him blow it out. After he left, she blew it out again. There were leaves and dirt stuck walls and floor.
We had a very very brief sprinkle and all the dirt turned to mud. I had 6 – 8 year old boys telling me they didn’t want t jump because it was too muddy. Two things boys love, mud and jumpy castles, and they didn’t want to jump.
Even if dunk n jump would have sprayed it down with hose real quick when they received it back last it would have helped. They delivered a completely dirty product.
My plan really backfire by saving $ 25.
I will never use them again. I fought the bill and only paid half.
