I love these guys. They are great at responding really quickly to my requests for a pick up. They are making a very busy schedule manageable. Very polite and helpful service.

What a great service! I have some mobility issues and I am unable to use my laundry room in basement. This service is helping me stay in my own home. It is so convenient! I just phone Gopher and put the bag outside my back door and they come and pick it up. They told me they would come in if it was too difficult for me to get the bag outside. I told them I have an elderly and very protective dog so I did not want them to ring the bell or come in. They are so quiet, my dog never hears them and she hears everything else. The clothes are laundered beautifuly, folded and put in plastic bag and then in a white paper bag with han
dles. I highly recommend Gopher!

Background: I hate dry cleaning on principle, but in my line of work it’s either that or use an iron. The result is that I take my shirts and suits to the cleaners about once a year, which means they are really, really filthy by the time I start thinking about getting them cleaned. Don’t judge.
So I moved up to Northeast, and now that my disgusting collars and cuffs are starting to make me self-​conscious, I have to find a cleaners. Problem: Unilocal makes it quite clear that it would be a terrible mistake to go to the cleaner in my neighborhood. What to do?
So I start Googling around and I find Gopher Laundry. Pickup and delivery? Feels decadent, but I’m kind of desperate. So I set up an order on their clear, thoughtful, kind of adorable website. That was Sunday; got my 3 suits and 5 shirts back today.
HOLY MOSES: wow. First of all, the price is right, definitely competitive with storefront cleaners I’ve visited in the past. Second of all, the customer service is just terrific — I got a call within minutes of placing my first order, to inform me very kindly that they’d pick up on Monday morning.
Last and most important: WOW they do excellent work. I thought my dress shirts would never be clean again, as you might imagine. But man, was I ever wrong. I almost suspect that they went out and bought brand-​new shirts for me. The cleaning is just that good.
So: if you are frustrated with a not-​that-​great storefront cleaners, or if you are a filthy person like me, do not hesitate. Gopher Laundry is the way to go.

I was more than impressed on how quickly Gopher Laundry reached out about scheduling my dry cleaning pick up and the status of the cleaning process. The prices for dry cleaning service are EXTREMELY reasonable, in addition on the Gopher Laundry site has promo codes and coupons.
Before your first service they will deliver a laundry bag at no charge, which is really AMAZING!
Having recently moved from Washington DC to Minneapolis I have never had such a professional dry cleaner and couldn’t sing Gopher Laundry’s praises more!

I was extremely impressed by how rapid and often communication was during my service. All of my e-​mailed questions were answered within an hour, and the staff were very courteous and thorough when I called.
I liked how my laundry garment bag was delivered before my ordered pick-​up date at no extra charge.
All of my items were neatly folded and packed well upon delivery.
I am very pleased with this service, and intend to use it bi-​monthly. I got the 35-​lb garment bag, which held 3 weeks worth of laundry (I obviously hate doing my laundry myself, hahah) for $ 35, including pick-​up and delivery.
The only thing that could have been improved upon throughout the service was that there was some cat hair remaining on some of my clothes, but what can you do? I probably wouldn’t have been successful at removing it entirely myself, and have a pet hair roller just for that purpose.
I can’t believe I haven’t done this sooner! The Gopher Laundry website and system was much more user friendly and efficient than any other laundry services in the area. I’ll never do my own laundry again! I definitely recommend trying it, and if you do intend to have your laundry done for you on a regular basis, you should definitely go with Gopher Laundry.

I’ve used Gopher Laundry for two weeks now, and it’s been super great! Saves me so much time doing multiple loads, sorting before washing, sorting and folding after washing. This is especially the case with small items such as children’s clothes, socks, underwear, and washcloths. Customer service has been impressive, with very prompt, friendly, cheery responses. I met the driver once, and he waved cheerily. I wish i had discovered this service sooner. A must for busy families!

A year has gone by since I visited Minneapolis and needed the service of Gopher Laundry and it was extremely satisfying to see the high quality of customer service has not changed a bit. Justin and the staff continue to operate efficiently and in a very prompt and courteous manner. Thank you again for terrific service.

Best dry cleaning place in town! I’ve honestly never been treated better by anyone in the service industry. Sean is incredibly pleasant to work and always on time or even early. If you have a unique situation, they will find a way to get it cleaned and back to you in the time you’re requesting.

I absolutely hate doing laundry and I don’t have a washer/​dryer unit in my apartment. This means that I have had to pay to do my laundry in the laundry mat on the first floor of my building. I decided that if I’m paying to do laundry that I might as well send it out. I tried Gopher Laundry and they did a great job the first time– so I turned into a repeat customer. They are trustworthy, friendly, and the price is definitely worth it. Such a great find.
