I loved Leo, but he’s gone. Bob is a great replacement. The cuts are high quality and inexpensive. The best thing is Bob listens to what I want and doesn’t give me what he wants. All in all a very satisfying barber experience. This is the definition of a classic old school barber experience.

Leo has passed away and I was thinking how to find a replacement to cut my hair as he has been cutting mine since 1996. My worry was promptly removed by the new owner/​barber, Robert Haddow, as he understands exactly what I want in the haircut and wowed me with the result. Bob’s customer service focus is top notch and very personable. If you are looking for a great barber, check out the «new» Grain Exchange Barber Shop.
