Grasshopper started with the idea of providing wholesome, local, sustainable foods to the public. Our Goal is to offer affordable lunch specials on the go with almost zero waste using local or organic ingredients. We take great pride in providing the community with tasty, sustainable lunching options that feed the body, soul, and mind.

Business Owner

Brook is the chef, owner, and only employee of Grasshopper Tamales. Everyday she pedals Grasshopper (250 pounds) to and from her kitchen a total of 5 miles. She does it because she wants to give the public a tasty, affordable, and sustainable food choice. She has dreams of larger future projects that involve the good of the global community.
