Although getting our taxes done was mostly harmless, my husband and I were very unimpressed by this company. When you think of someone doing your taxes, do you imagine someone coming out in a raggedy zip up sweatshirt, smelling of smoke and coughing constantly? I seriously thought they hired these people from the street, did a day training on their software and that was it. While I don’t expect someone to come out in a full blown suit, I’ve seen more professionalism at a nail salon or pizza shop. We will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend this experience to anyone.

H&R Block has the WORST customer service EVER!!! I bought the «Peace of Mind» insurance so that if they messed up my return the would just «take care of it». They messed up my 2011 return and I’ve been dealing with it ever since — I’ve had to take time out of my day to go to different offices, go over my whole return, then all they do is write a letter to the IRS that gets rejected, and now I have to do it ALL OVER AGAIN. So much for «Peace of Mind»! NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!
