I was hoping this location had experienced employees that had knowledge on the hair and wigs. Unfortunately, they had none on both. It was a waste of gas and time. They also had the worst customer service. They will not be seeing my money. Fortunately, there was another beauty supply right across the street called Family Beauty Supply 1014 west Broadway Ave that was knowledgable and very helpful and really cheap on Human hair and Wigs, Products.

Love this place. The location is dicey but it is an awesome shop. Love the girls that work there and Ms Kim.
It’s the inner city so they won’t let you walk around with your hair and might keep a close eye on you but don’t feel bad, it’s just the environment. They all are amazing.
Very knowledgeable and helpful.
