As a newly-​insured person who got excellent and timely treatment at the low-​cost clinics for years, I was a little apprehensive about returning to regular doctor visits. My past experience being an HMO client with Kaiser Permanente in California was not a positive reference point for me.
I was pleasantly surprised by my first doctor visit at Health Partners. The appointment process was painless, I got an appointment for the same week that I called, and didnt wait longer than 10 minutes to get in. I filled out all my forms and the whole visit didnt feel rushed at all. So far, so good.
