In a nutshell, the food is great, but the service is downright awful. If you call in a takeout order and they tell you it will be 20 minutes, double that because it will be 40. If they tell you it will be 45 minutes, double that because it will be 90 minutes.
I wish they could get it together, because like I said, the food is very good. Tonight was the final straw, I threw away my menu and I will not be ordering from here again.
