So I got a call from the local State Farm at this location for a quote that I had done the previous day. The woman that called, unfortunately I don’t recall her name, said she would like to go over my online quote with me. Very nicely I said I had already decided to go with Progressive. Condescendingly the woman said, Yeah it’s just because of that recent speeding ticket you received, hopefully you will keep us in mind when that falls off your record. I wanted to say to her oh Progressive didn’t seem to want to penalize me for my 1 speeding ticket or even ask her if she ever had one, but I digressed and hung up. For the record when my speeding ticket comes off I still wouldn’t use State Farm because of how rude your agents are!
