Don’t get me wrong — I love love Jessica McClintock but I’ll tell you what gave this place ONE star — customer service. I came in excited and looking for at least 1 – 3 dress for different wedding weekend occasions and picked out gleefully 5 beautiful dresses. Not once was I greeted by the two girls who just sat at the counter flipping through fashion magazines.
I had to ask for a room and she just pointed — I didn’t even get the courtesy of a ‘it’s back there’ — just a wave of the hand.
I needed a smaller size in one of them and when I came out to request it, one was on her cell phone and the other one was nowhere to be seen. With that rude customer service, I decided to take my money elsewhere — I’d rather go to Betsey Johnson where the dresses are more expensive but at least, I get treated with respect as a customer.
