I am a Lloyd customer. Today I had a question about my system. At 6:15 pm I called 866−995−7607 which is the number to call if you have an emergency. I got a recording asking me to stay on the line and someone would be with me shortly. The recording repeated several times along with some type of music. After several additional recordings asking me to stay on the line I heard a click followed by the dial tone. This is my security company. Why should I stay with Lloyd Security? Would you?
