Since 1982, LVC has been the premier design-​build low voltage contractor in the Twin Cities, with a regional office in Phoenix. As a full service technology company, we carry a diverse line of highly sophisticated building systems including fire alarm, video surveillance, electronic access control, emergency notification, IT infrastructure and smart building technology to name a few. In each discipline we work industry leading manufacturers to meet the evolving needs of our valued clients.

We have the demonstrated experience, technical expertise, knowledge of associated trades, and design capacity to ensure that customized solutions are perfectly understood and flawlessly executed. We serve in the design, construction, and ongoing service phases of these systems.

History

Established in 1983.

We entered the construction market as a small fire alarm installation company in 1982. In 1986 LVC was selected as a Notifier Fire Alarm distributor. We quickly became a Notifier NESCO affiliate which is the highest level of distributorship for Notifier.

While remaining a leading fire alarm provider, LVC has expanded their product offerings to include a total technology approach in disciplines including but not limited to: card access, video surveillance, building security, structured cabling, emergency notification, and, more recently, an integrated technology solution that creates «Smart Building» design and technology.
