AVOID THIS CAB COMPANY! TERRIBLE SERVICE! WONT PICK YOU UP!
One of the worst cab companies out there! Called for a 5:30 am pickup to the airport the night before. Driver called at 5:15 am and the call went straight to vm, he asked for the pickup address and for me to confirm the pickup time. I called 5 minutes after I listened the VM at 5:20, he took another fare. What’s the point of scheduling a taxi pickup service if they don’t pick you up or call to reconfirm the information you give the day prior.
After trying several times to call the main dispatch number that never picked up, we called a different cab company that picked us up and got us to the airport just in time for us to barely make our flight. If you want a reliable can service don’t use this company! Use Gold Star or any one else.
They should have zero stars!
