Nikkolette Krumheuer has been involved in the insurance, banking and pharmaceutical industries as an actuary, financial analyst and underwriter; however, her true passion is making people happy through creating amazing and delicious desserts. Nikkolette’s detailed thought process allows her to take baking to a completely different level. Every macaron is made by Nikkolette in our Minneapolis catering kitchen using only the freshest, highest quality ingredients. Nikkolette prides herself on excellence and we hope you enjoy her macarons.

I had two dozen delivered as an Easter gift and they some of the best macarons I’ve ever had! Every flavor was great but my favorite was the chocolate. I would definitely recommend them and will hopefully order more soon!

My favorite treat if done right, macarons must have the perfect balance of textures and stunning flavor. These met my high expectations; Nikkolette’s macarons are perfect! Simply put, these French cookies are the perfect texture and come in amazing flavors like passion fruit, blueberry cheesecake and banoffee (banana buttercream and toffee). My fiancé’ ordered me 2 sets for Valentine’s Day and I loved them! I’m dreaming of the wedding tower that Nillolette can make for the wedding!
