History

Established in 1977.

Omega Management was founded in 1977 by David Stendal. It is one of the oldest Association Management companies in the Twin Cities, with David still at the helm as the senior principal of the organization. David’s passion for developing healthier, more financially stable Associations led him to serve as president of Community Associations Institute (CAI) — Minnesota Chapter. He was also involved in the creation of the Minnesota Common Interest Ownership Act (MCIOA) and has served on numerous committees for CAI.

Business Owner

David Stendal is principal/​owner of Omega Management with 35 years of property management and entrepreneurial experience. David is a sought-​after speaker and consultant within the homeowner association management industry, not only because of his extensive experience but also because of his vision that associations must focus on the long-​term to achieve success, an attribute too often lacking in today’s ‘don’t worry about tomorrow’ attitudes. As principal/​owner, David strives to instill this philosophy in his employees, developing some of the best association management talent in the Twin Cities.
