This review is really for Barb, the dental hygienist, since I only saw Dr. Klausen for about 5 minutes (though he was very nice). This is without question the best cleaning I have ever had in my life — Barb is so gentle I literally almost fell asleep in the chair! That is a dental first for me for sure. Office staff is very friendly as well. Highly recommended.

I have found my new dentist! Dr. Klausen and his staff were very friendly and professional. At my previous dentist, I felt like they were trying to sell me as many procedures as possible. Here, I felt like a patient instead of a customer. His hygienist really is amazingly gentle when cleaning your teeth. I’d recommend her to anyone who thinks dental cleanings have to be painful.

Dr. Klausen is the BEST. His hygienist does the most amazingly gentle cleanings — you can hardly tell she’s poking around at your gums the whole time you’re in her chair. The whole staff is friendly, and does a great job. They have been especially great about getting me in on short notice, which I really appreciate. Recently, I had a couple of questions about my night guard, and expected a call back from the receptionist, but Dr. Klausen called me personally! A+ service, quality of dental care, and they have a really cute office, too. Conveniently located in the AT&T Tower downtown, I have found my dental care home!

I was referred to Dr. Klausen’s office by a co-​worker and the recommendation was spot-​on! The staff could not be more caring or genuine. I felt like a welcomed and valued patient and received terrific care. The location can’t be beat, either, and the office hours are sure to fit busy work schedules. I’m actually looking forward to my next cleaning appointment!

From the warm smile offered by Heather upon my entrance to the friendly handshake given by Dr. Klausen to the meticulous cleaning provided by Barb I knew I had found my new dental team. I was very impressed with how thorough and gentle Barb was in the cleaning of my teeth. I was also pleased with the in-​depth examination provided by Dr. Klausen while at the same time taking the time to explain his assessments and recommendations on how to improve my efforts. Highly recommended!

I have been to a few places in the Minneapolis area trying to find a good dentist and have finally found one. Paul doesn’t just jump from room to room, he really takes his time and will answer any of your questions. The hygienist and his staff are so friendly! The fact that their office is really clean and updated (unlike Medical Arts offices) is icing on the cake! Lastly, he has given really good recommendations for an oral surgeon (to remove wisdom teeth) and an orthodontist. I refer all my co-​workers here.

I’m a 47 year-​old man who’s been had probably 10 different regular dentists in the 5 different states I’ve lived in over the years. Dr. Klausen is hands-​down my favorite. He’s thorough, straightforward, compassionate, and I always end up laughing a ton while I’m there. His assistant, Heather, and dental hygenist, Barb, are also fantastic. I’ve had quite a bit of dental work done over the past few years — some of it not very pleasant — and yet I always look forward to going in. Very hightly recommended!

Dr. Klausen and Barb make going to the dentist fun. Ya, it’s hard to imagine, but they are through and great people. The staff rarely changes because the place is well run by people who love what they do.
