Wanna wash your down?! Go for it! Came here Sunday to wash my down pillows and was really surprised it wasn’t busy! Got in and was able to use the industrial size washers and dryer. It’s spendy to use them but cheaper than dry cleaning pillows. Cost $ 11 for the industrial washer and $ 4 for industrial dryer. $ 15 total and washed 6 down pillows. Well worth it. Location is good too. They have a parking lot and across the street are a few shops and restaurants if you want to kill time. There’s nothing todo here really so bring a book or tablet. Also no wifi:/ hence the 4 stars. It’s 2015, can a girl get a little wifi while doing laundry?!

I have been a customer at this privately owner Pilgrim cleaners for over 30 years. The quality of cleaning and service has always been high… until today. Really some unprofessional people working there tonight and comments made that I am sure the manager would be interested in. I left my clothes but probably should not have. I asked for the owner/manager’s phone number and was told it cannot be given out. Maybe he reads Unilocal

Stay away!!! Very, very, very expensive! Ridiculously expensive! Pants are $ 10.05 Skirts are $ 10.10 Short sleeve non silk blouse — $ 10.65 Dresses — work style, not fancy, short sleeve not silk — $ 18.35 Tank top — $ 9.75 No thank you! I will never be back. Last time I was here(a few years ago) they lost a blazer of mine and there was no compensation because I didn’t have a receipt for it. Save your money, there are plenty of other cleaners in the area.

Ruined a winter coat and won’t take responsibility for it.

Plenty of machines, well lit, clean floors. Free wifi is TERRIBLE and I’ve never been able to get it to work on any of 6+ devices. Bathrooms are consistently DISGUSTING and little attention is given to them. No more stars until those 2 issues are fixed.

This was my go-to dry cleaner before moving to Illinois. After moving back to MN, I dropped off a large stack of items that had accumulated during the move. The very complicated dress I wore to my sister’s wedding came back looking fantastic, as did everything else. The original great service and quality hasn’t changed one bit in five years and they’ve added text and email reminder services. I love it!

They do a good job, never had a problem with my dry cleaning, and the turnaround time is reasonable. They get my shirts nice, pressed, and starchy just like I like them.

I have always been very satisfied with my clothes when I get them back from being drycleaned. I have never had any article of clothing damaged in any way, EVER. Originally I had posted a review of Pilgrim Cleaners stating that I was disappointed with the cost for a shirt I had had drycleaned there. Within an hour of posting that original review, the owner of the business contacted me personally to discuss my review and why I was unhappy. That, in and of itself, is a very respectable gesture and makes me want to do further business with them in the future. However, when I picked up said drycleaning I pleasantly found that the owner had made it right. He made it right, above and beyond anything that I would have thought possible. Pilgrim is as good as it gets. As another reviewer said, this place definitely cares about its customers and the service they provide. Highly recommended.

I used Pilgrim’s same-day dry cleaning service a few weeks ago, and feel the need to give credit where credit is due. There was a slight issue with locating the garmet I dropped off, but the owner himself stepped up in a big way to help me out. I received my garmet that same day and it was in perfect shape. This place obviously cares about delivering to its customers, so I definitely recommend it.
