Profile Event Center

Wedding events here are great, the decorations are beautiful and the majority of everything is included!
The food, could be a little bit better. Prime rib here is a no go. Chicken is very dry. I’m not a fan of the food provided but if your throwing an event, profile event center will make it look beautiful. On top of that, it’s also more affordable than most.

We held our high school winter formal here and the kids LOVED it. The all inclusive price was easy to understand and was helpful for the students to be part of the process while keeping within that budget. The staff was awesome from beginning to end. The food was very good and the servers attentive. The DJ did a great job of playing songs the students wanted and/​or requested. The photo booth was a HUGE hit and the photos came out super quick! We will book another dance there!

My Husband and I held our reception at the Profile. It was fantastic! The staff was helpful, professional, and lovely to work with. During the event itself our guests kept on telling me how impressed they were with the space, the bartender, and the appetizers (especially the cheese appetizer). The space (Diamond Hall) is very modern and interesting with multiple levels. It set a new standard for what I’ll look for in a all future event spaces. I highly, highly recommend this event center.

The Profile Event Center (PEC) was the perfect space to bring the vision of my wedding to life and I could not thank them enough for the coordination, professionalism, availability, and ease they brought to my planning. The benefits of hosting your event with PEC are endless but here were the things I still rave about:
1. They do not charge you an actual rental fee for the venue. They have a set price for the date you are looking at based on the month and the day of the week and you only have to get to their price minimum with food, cake, etc. I chose a Sunday in March to accommodate my budget and this worked out perfectly. I knew EXACTLY what I was spending down to the dollar by the time I made my last payment. I was able to add what I wanted and edit when necessary to make the event work within my budget.
2. The multi level space which made my event very spacious. The Casablanca room was had a stage for the wedding party table, a separate bar area where I was able to put the photo booth, an upstairs viewing area with live video feed to the action and dancing downstairs, and a brides suite and grooms suite with an xbox and large screen.
3. The food! We offered choices between the almond crusted chicken, flank steak in peppercorn sauce, and the almond crusted walleye. People raved about the food. They also offered tasting events where you could bring a few people with you to try EVERYTHING they offer as far as food, desserts, late night snacks, cake, etc.
4. Heather! She is the PEC’s event coordinator and was with me every step of the way from my first walk through to the reception. She helped my rehearsal run smoothly, she responded to emails the same day, and she thought of the things I didn’t. She was like a built in wedding planner.
My only complaint about the space was that I couldn’t bring in outside food. I wanted to set up a gourmet popcorn bar but that was not an option with the outside food rule.
My day was elegant, modern, and unique. I still get compliments on the venue and I would suggest the PEC to anyone

Had my wedding here 3 years ago and I’m not sure what things have changed since, but I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. Heather was amazing to work with and was ver responsive to our inquiries. this was especially important as we were planning the wedding from 1000 miles away. We had over 500 guests and booked both ballrooms and it really could have easily gotten out of hand, but the staff was amazing at helping keep things in order. The décor and lighting was not over done. Though we did opt for the fog machine, which I think the kids really liked dancing in. When we booked this space, they allowed us to bring in our own alcohol and hire our own licensed bartenders which saved us a ton of money (not sure if this is still policy) which is largely why we were drawn to the space to begin with. There are a few hotel options near by for out of town guests and its close to both downtowns.

Recently attended a wedding here and I was super impressed with the venue. Upon first walking in, there is a swanky bar/​lounge area to your right, as you walk down a long hallway that the bride had decorated with candles and pictures. Walking to the back you could see the stage where the ceremony was held, with the tables for the reception set up behind, and an area for gifts/​guestbook/​etc. The bridal suite was very nice (long vanity with three chairs, comfy couches, clothing rack). Plus they provided the bride with a key which eased my fears about leaving all my belongings in there. I can’t speak much for the staff, but from what I could tell everything went smoothly. The food was DELISH, the cake was very good, and all of the other details were great.

What a beautiful space! Have attended two weddings here and both were amazing! I was just a guest so I am not sure of the logistics for booking, but my understanding was you can bring your own food and alcohol. Attentive servers
The only bummer thing has been parking. The wedding invite said that there was parking across the street but we along with most people we talked to never found it and ended up walking several blocks.

My cousin Ron and his beautiful wife Lisa were married over 2 years ago, but they finally had their family ceremony and reception to follow this past weekend. The reception ended up being here at Profile Event Center and I can honestly say it was wonderful!
The entire night went off without a hitch from the open bar, to the speeches, followed by dinner and dessert. The tables were then moved around to provide a place to dance and the evening continued!
All of the staff members were friendly and professional, the food that was prepped for us was wonderful, and the décor that was set up for the event was amazingly beautiful!
In the future I am sure that we will be going back here for friends and families that are going to need event space… but I think it would be better suited for a smaller event as the place was at capacity with just 130 people. There may be larger rooms actually, I am not completely sure as we were just on the other side of the building… But the one we were in was quite small.
