Great mechanic service hands down

Read all of the reviews! They are all describing the same experience I had. Bad service, over-​charged, charged my card for final payment without telling me and I hadn’t driven the car yet, didn’t do the job they said they’d do, yelled at me when I complained, told me all the reasons they can’t do the job they said they could.
WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE HAD WITH A MECHANIC

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I totaled my car and had it towed here, since it was near the accident. The inside of the office is filled with anti-​choice propaganda, including a picture of a fetus. There is also a strange free book rack that is all religious. The place is filled with crosses. As far as the garage, the mechanic admitted to me that he just started and didn’t know what he was doing. Even the insurance claims adjuster told me he would advise against that shop. There is no way I would allow these people to touch any car of mine. NIGHTMARE! Stay away.

Terrible from start to finish. For a simple repair they said it would be 2 – 3 days. At the end of day 3 I finally got through to them (their phone doesn’t work) after 20+ tries and 2 attempted emails (website has an incorrect email address) for them to say it would be done by noon on day 4. At the end of day 4 they called to say it would be done at the end of day 5. For about a day and a half I seriously thought my car had been stolen by these people just posing as a business since I couldn’t reach them (phone rings twice and goes dead, email fails and 0 contact from them even though I specifically asked for a call BEFORE ordering a part).
When I arrived to pick it up it was obvious they put the part on wrong. They wanted to keep it for another day to fix it but I was done with them and just demanded a discount.
Finally done, so I thought. It was the first nice day of the year so I tried rolling the windows down and they didn’t work! Something they did caused it. I circled back and told them. They said there was nothing they could do then and they would call me Monday to setup a time to fix it (ya right). Sure enough, a week later and still no call.
Lastly, their website says they’re BBB accredited but they are NOT. See for yourself. Oh, and their site also says they’re open on Saturdays but they aren’t.
Not one single good thing to say about this business.
