Worst Real Estate company ever! Their agent, Jen Kotas, was the agent for a house we were supposed to buy. She let us sign a purchase agreement knowing full well that they were liens against the house and it did not have a marketable title. We missed closing day, and asked for a cancellation when the situation got crazy. Instead of letting us cancel she threatened to sue us and drug things out for several more weeks, before we had to get a lawyer to get out of our purchase agreement for a house that was never going to be able to be purchased anyway. If I were you I would run, not walk away from this company!

Completely underwhelming experience overall. Hired her to sell my home based on a mutual connection and my concerns began day one. My property never received a ‘for sale’ sign, never had a broker open-​house (which she promised), she did not collect feedback from agents that showed my property and immediately had me start dealing almost exclusively with her buyer’s agent. When I decided to focus on renting the property rather than selling, she ignored the email and then argued with me about the money and effort she had spent on the process. I will admit that I have high expectations for any organization that I do business with, but in this case even that basics were lacking.
