We feature all sorts of espresso drinks, low fat/​low calorie blended drinks and exquisite teas and tea lattes.

Organic, locally sourced sandwiches and salads (as much as possible), along side Wonderful traditional French Pastries, Gluten Free Pastries, and killer Donuts!

History

Established in 2013.

Sparrow Café is foremost a coffee shop. In the sense that it is a place to bump into your neighbors, chat with friends or catch up on work or that novel.

At Sparrow you can be certain your coffee isn’t harming the environment, & even helping rectify poor practices, by serving Certified Bird Friendly coffees, a designation regulated by the Smithsonian Migratory Bird Center, to ensure the coffee is grown on land that maintains the natural habitat for many wildlife species, helps farmers so they can harvest the canopy fruits as well as produce a higher quality coffee under the shade & in general helps protect & preserve the natural rain forests better than any other designation. All Bird Friendly Coffees are also certified Organic, all the coffee Sparrow serves is organic, fairly traded.

3 local bakeries exemplify their own craft daily, from traditional French, to Donuts & Gluten Free. Dandelion Kitchen now also provides beautiful organic, locally sourced Sandwiches & Salads.

Meet the Business Owner

Jasper R.

Business Owner

Jasper & Sheila have been in the hospitality world since 1997.

From Barista to Line Cook to Sommelier to General Manager, there isn’t a lot that will rattle Jasper’s cage. Mostly he just wants you to be happy, and will do what ever he can to make that happen.

Sheila’s path has taken her through baking, and she knows a good pastry when she see’s one.

So sit back, relax & enjoy the coffee and scone!
