Business Owner
I did massage in Maine for four years before moving to Minneapolis in 2015. I excel at finding problem areas, and working towards a solution with a combination of techniques including stretching, myofascial work, tapotement and ischemic pressure. I have been an active person my whole life, have been a personal trainer and have a good working knowledge of body movement. I enjoy talking with clients about their exercise, posture, and stretching.
