History

Established in 2011.

Formed by attorneys Benjamin Tarshish and Scott Cody in 2011 with the goal of providing professional, ethical, and reasonably priced legal representation for their clients and communities.

The law firm has since grown to 5 attorneys & 2 Of Counsel lawyers, with multiple offices across the Twin Cities metro area. The law firm has received numerous awards, including «Best Law Firm in Carver County.» Divorce attorney Adam Galili and Criminal Defense attorney Adam Goldfine have contributed to much of the firm’s success and growing the number of happy clients, since joining the firm.

Business Owner

Benjamin Tarshish is a partner attorney at the Tarshish Cody law firm. He prides himself on providing his clients with practical legal advice. He is a passionate, aggressive, and ethical lawyer.

Benjamin was raised in a Jewish home in a suburb of Minneapolis. He is a graduate from Carleton College in Northfield, MN and received his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN.

Benjamin is licensed to practice law in both Minnesota and Illinois, with previous experience at a large law firm in Chicago. Benjamin primarily counsels business owners and their families on various legal and economic issues, including long term and short term strategies, best practices, and implementation.

Unlike the stereotype for many lawyers and attorneys, Benjamin is outgoing, friendly, and has a sense of humor. This makes working with him on a particular legal matter much more welcoming, considering his clients come to him during difficult and stressful times in their lives.
