I don’t understand how Unilocal works. I recently posted a review on Tealwood Apartments. I gave them five stars and many compliments for the management, staff and the apartments themselves.
My review is not posted while negative ones are. Isn’t that a bias-​or at least unfair to that property

This poor excuse of a complex, is degrading to ones self esteem and overall emotional security because it is filthy, noisy, drug infested, poorly maintained, poorly managed, and the staff is very passive. Apartments are not updated even if addressed. New tenants get priority over long term tenants. Priorities of the budget go for unnecessary things. Was nice at one point but has gone downhill very fast.

The apartment itself is nice, but there are a few families that live here that really ruin it for everyone. It caused me to move out after only living here for a year. Which is unfortunate because other than those couple families it was a nice place to live. Couldn’t take all the noise they made in the parking lot, and i could here them screaming and partying into the night and they didn’t even live in the same building as me! When we moved out i noticed a lot of other tenants doing the same thing. Really to bad…
